Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give civil engineering students the basic concepts, analysis and design principles of prestressed reinforced concrete systems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to define the general characteristics of prestressed reinforced concrete structures 2   To analyze and design prestressed systems 3   To be able to draw conclusions by making solutions of prestressed reinforced concrete systems. 4   Analyzing prestress loss 5   Ability to compile literature information about prestressed reinforced concrete structures 6   Reporting the results of assigned homework topics
