Course Objective

In the course content, high-rise buildings will be evaluated in detail. First, highrise buildings are investigated through different structural analysis methods. In the course content, students will gain structural design concept of high rise buildings. Earthquake resisting building design will be given in the lectures. Moreover, structural types, dynamics of structures, and earthqauke effects on buildings will be evaluated.
