Course Objective |
In changing global conditions, it is becoming increasingly important to design organizational structures that can effectively manage new technologies, structures and people. The aim of this course is to give information about classical and modern management approaches and organizational structures and to examine the problems that managers will face in the 21st century and the effects of globalization on management. |
