Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give the basic concepts and techniques of production management.

1   Having knowledge about the basic concepts of production management
2   Ability to classify line balancing problems and use relevant solution methods
3   Ability to use stock control methods under certain or uncertain demand conditions
4   Ability to use queuing models
5   Ability to do homework/projects on subjects related to the course content, according to the instructions given
