Course Objective

The aim of this course is to apply Knowledge Based Systems to Industrial Engineering problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to show which problems are suitable for Knowledge Based Systems
2   Ability to determine the selection of the appropriate information modeling and inference method.
3   Ability to compare different information modeling techniques
4   Ability to define the main steps of developing Knowledge Based systems
5   Ability to demonstrate modeling of natural language with logic tools
