Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide Industrial Engineering students with information about basic automation concepts and to make them perform simple applications.

1 Introducing the laboratory and LEGO pieces, forming working groups
2 Disruption of systems designed in the previous period and classification of parts into groups
3 Group work to determine the project to be prepared
4 Commencement of work on the determined project and delivery of the preliminary report introducing the project
5 Introducing LEGO engines, group work on the project (1)
6 Introducing LEGO sensors, group work on the project (2)
7 WAIT, LOOP, SWITCH examples, group work on the project (3)
8 Using variables and matrix, group work on the project (4)
9 Providing BlueTooth connection, group work on the project (5)
