Course Objective

The objective of the course is to make the students familiar with research and development management concepts including project management techniques, knowledge management etc.

1   To be familiar with strategic engineering and technology management, planning and monitoring concepts,
2   To be familiar with assessment and evaluation processes of scientific and technological research and development studies, programs, infrastructures etc.
3   To learn Common Used Techniques in Creativity,Innovation,Research and Development Process
4   To be able to define, plan, initiate and monitor an engineering project.
5   To learn the Intellectual Property rights
