Course Objective |
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to have basic knowledge about solid waste sampling and site selection and design principles of collection/transfer/transport, storage, composting/digester and incineration/pyrolysis plants, to be able to make the necessary design at intermediate level, to calculate the initial investment and operating costs of the plants, to compare the systems and their modifications. |
