Course Objective |
Can the use of resources be brought to an end in a limited and renewable world What is the content of the sustainable economy approach How is the relationship between sustainability and development established and how is such development financed To what extent and how can resources be reused What are the differences between the circular economy and the linear economy that provide clarity What are the externalities and proposals for their solutions Can market actors tolerate external damage through private agreements or is state resolution necessary What is the legal framework for the responsibility of the welfare state in preventing environmental pollution What public policies can eliminate threats to future generations How do waste exchanges operate as financial instruments and how are they regulated What are the boundaries of the main framework for green bonds as a public financial instrument What is permaculture economy and what financial gains does it have Why is the recycling economy important How can waste management be effectively planned What are successful country examples What is the level of competition for polluting industries What is ecological dumping What is the circular economy approach of the European Union Can circular economy and green agreement lead to a global paradigm shift The course aims to find answers to these questions and to instill in students the importance of the circular economy and the opportunities to use the state's financial instruments. |
