Course Objective

Analysing the theorical background of public finance ( theory of public goods, public expenditures and public revenues) and analysing the role of government in economy. Later analysing public finance in Turkish economy and discussing the problems and solutions for these problems in public finance in Turkish economy.

3   Analysing the effects of public expenditures on economy.
4   Explaining the types and classification of public revenues
