Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach the student the necessary steps for aluminum profile production techniques.

3 Post-casting mechanical and metallographic analysis techniques
4 Aluminum casting heat treatment techniques
5 Definition of aluminum profile
6 Extrusion forming techniques
7 Definitions of steel used in extrusion process
8 Die design and techniques used in the extrusion process
9 Mechanical and metallographic analysis of steels used in extrusion process
10 Extrusion press definition and production calculation techniques
11 Aging process techniques in aluminum profiles
12 Mechanical and metallographic analyses after the aging process
13 Anodizing line process definitions and quality errors
14 Powder coating line process definitions and quality errors
