Course Objective

The aim of the course is to inform students about the legal problems and regulations
related to this problems that may arise in the field of informatics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizing the basic concepts of informatics law
2   Learning about the concept of personal data and protection of personal data
3   Learning about the connection between internet of things and personal data protection
4   Obtaining information about cyber crimes and relevant legislation
5   Obtaining information about blocking access to the Internet and relevant legislation
6   Obtaining information about the legal aspects of electronic commerce
7   Learning about unfair competition on the internet and protection of intellectual property rights
