Course Objective

Objectives of this course are to discuss the performance measurement techniques and indicators, to design Performance Measurement Systems, to define measurement techniques for Marketing, Operations, Customers, Products, Human Resources, and other dimensions of a business and to talk about some popular discussion topics on performance measurement. In addition; preparing project and running multidisciplinary project teams to define indicators and evaluate the performance of different business cases.

3   To define measurement indicators for different operations in a business
4   To analyze a business in terms of performance measurement
