Course Objective |
This course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of climate change and its impact on the environment. Students will learn about the scientific basis of climate change, its drivers, consequences, and potential solutions. The course will focus on conducting assessments of climate change's effects on various environmental aspects, identifying priorities, and addressing key concerns to foster sustainable development. Prospective students will also collect fundamental knowledge about the conceptual and political development of climate change related strategies and policies at various levels of decision-making and governance structures. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
All registered students are expected to attend the lectures. Lecture presentations are made during lecture hours and hand-outs are distributed to the attendees. Exams and homework/presentation assignments are basically used for evaluating and grading student proficiencies. |
