Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with a value-oriented perspective, to provide them with the foundations to understand project and portfolio management, to show the interconnectedness between business agility and success and productivity, to practice the skills of being able to renew what they know, to learn again and continuously, and to work as a team.

In this course, Project and Portfolio Management methods used to produce business results will be explained. The terminology and concepts covered by different Project Management approaches will be discussed. The concepts discussed will be supported by applications. The effects of agile thinking and agile ways of doing business on ii results and interconnectedness will be defined.
