Course Objective

The aim is to gain ability of understanding the types, effects and dimensions of modern environmental issues with their concepts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Human and natural environment relations
2   Allocation of renewable and non-renewable natural resources
3   Non-renewable and non-recycable natural resoruces: petroleum, natural gas, coal and uranium
4   Recycable natural resoruces: metals, paper, glass etc., water resources
5   Importance of environmental impact assesment reports
6   Knowlegde on environmental legislation and existing environmental problems at national and international level
