Course Objective

The aim of this course is to inform the student about the synthesis of carbon-based
nanomaterials and the structures synthesized/discovered since the beginning of the
nanocarbon era.

1   Understanding carbon atom structure and its properties
2   To recognize nanocarbon materials and learn their derivatives
3   To understand the synthesis and production methods of nanocarbon materials
4   To learn Characterization methods and characterization devices of nanocarbon materials
5   To learn Nanocarbon materials' application in defense industry and similar critical areas
