Course Objective

The general objective of this course is to make student have information about rules which will be applied during investigation and trial phases in criminal procedure.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to classify the conditions of the criminal procedure.
2   Being able to explain measures of protection in the criminal procedure and their general qualifications, variations and application conditions.
3   Being able to explain investigation stage.
4   Being able to explain trial stage in criminal procedure.
5   Being able to explain evidence and illegal evidence.
6   Being able to distinguish ordinary from extraordinary remedies.
7   Being able to determine main features of special criminal proceedings.

4 The Conditions of the Criminal Procedure, Operations of Criminal Procedure , Restitution in Integrum
5 Investigation Stage in the Criminal Procedure, Investigation Organs, Obligations and Rights Regarding Investigation
6 Measures of Protection in the Criminal Procedure
7 Initiation of Public Prosecution
8 Accusation, Return of Accusation
