Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to introduce the Basic Conventions of the International Labor Organization , United States of America Labor and Social Security Law and European Union Labor and Social Security Law and to compare them with Turkish Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to examine the Basic Conventions of the International Labor Organization
2   To be able to analyze the Labor Law Legislation of the United States of America
3   To be able to comprehend the Social Security Legislation of the United States of America
4   To be able to discuss the European Union Labor and Social Security Law regulations
5   To be able to compare the legal systems of the International Labor Organization, the United States of America and the European Union with Turkish Law
