Course Objective |
To learn the definition of processes in enterprises, creation and management of their flows. To be able to use the techniques of improving and monitoring the created processes. To enable the students who complete the course to master the process management techniques to be used in businesses. |

To be able to define methods related to process creation, implementation and measurement in enterprises. Ability to analyze quality-related problems, create and improve business processes. To be able to use quality control tools in process application. Learning levels related to process techniques will be measured in line with participation in discussions during lectures, homework presentations, and answers to questions in exams. |
