Course Objective

To learn the theoretical structure and applications of the techniques used in quality improvement studies. to understand how and where these techniques will be used in businesses. To enable the students who complete the course to master the quality improvement techniques to be used in businesses.

To be able to analyze the problems related to quality improvement in enterprises, to create and implement improvement processes. To be able to use and understand quality improvement tools. Learning levels will be measured in accordance with participation in discussions during lectures, presentations and answers to relevant questions in exams.
