Course Objective

To gain competence in accounting applications in electronic environment in a way to reinforce theoretical accounting knowledge and skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to classify the accounting package programmes/sofware
2   To be able to arrange journal voucher
3   To be able to lay-out trial balances, organize and analyze financial statements in electronical environments
4   To be able to lay-out legal documentaries, journal&ledger, declarations etc. electronical environments
5   To be able to use the knowledge, skills and competence of accounting application in the electronic environment at a level that can meet the demands and expectations of the stakeholders with the focus of industry and university cooperation

1 General information about Accounting Information System, electronik accounting (e-Accounting) and its applications
2 Accounting record, document and ledger layout (e-document, e-ledger) accounting record process in electronic environment
3 Examination of one and-or several sample programs/software to be selected within the scope of the cource, accounting applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration
4 Introduction tu the Program selected within the scope of the course, Administrator Module for I. class company (Customer Transactions customer login, User Transactions user login), Personal Module
5 Customer Module, Human Resources-Personnel Module (Worplace operations, Personnel operations)
6 Accounting Module (Chart of Accounts Transactions, Receipt Transactions), realization of in-period applications through accounting receipt for I. class companies in electronic environment
7 Accounting Module (Current, Inventory, Fixed Asset, etc. transactions)
8 Accounting Module Accounting / Personnel Integration
9 Realization of period-end accounting applications for I. class companies in electronic enviroment
10 Accounting Module Financial Statements organization and analysis
11 Accounting Module Reports (General Reports, Journal, Ledgers, Declarations, etc.)
12 Electronic accounting applicaitons through compatible program/software to meet stakeholder expectations in the focus of Industry and University cooperation with e-Accounting knowledge, skills and competence in electronic enviroment
