Course Objective

This course aims to introduce main principles and general characteristics of Turkish Administrative Law.

1   demonstrate understanding of main principles of Administrative Law in order to examine Administrative Law.
2   be able to identify the main articles of relevant laws in order to discuss core legal issues.
