Course Objective

This course aims to introduce main principles and issues of law of nationality and law of foreigners.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   demonstrate understanding of the relevant Codes in order to examine the selected legal topics of nationality and foreigners.
2   be able to follow the current changes in the field in order to examine the selected topics.
3   be able to use the relevant Codes in order to solve legal problems.
4   be able to acquire the communication skills to explain legal issues.

9 The rights of entry; residence and travel of foreigners in Türkiye

11 Foreigners' right to work in Türkiye
12 Acquisition of immovable property by foreigners in Türkiye
