Course Objective

This course aims to introduce main principles and issues of law of obligations and contracts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   demonstrate understanding of the basic concepts of law of obligations and contracts in order to examine the Turkish Code Of Obligations.
2   be able to identify the main articles of relevant codes in order to explain core legal issues.
3   be able to acquire the communication skills to explain legal issues.
