Course Objective

It is aimed to provide students a holistic understanding of business ethics. Discussion of current issues in business
ethics is intended to acquaint the students with the skills of an ethical decision maker. As result of this course
students will gain an ethical understanding of global workplace.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gain an understanding of the theories and concepts of business ethics in order to use it to solve ethical dilemmas
2   Recognize ethical dilemmas with the purpose of maintaining an ethical workplace.
3   Develop oral/written communication skills; articulate and defend his/her position.
4   Develop and enhance the essential interpersonal skills to be an effective team member.
