Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide information about basic concepts and institutions of information technologies law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To get information about internet, e-contracts, e-signature, and legal protection of intellectual property on the internet, legal protection of computer programs and databases and legal and criminal liability of internet providers and users.
2   To determine problems arising from application of information technologies.
3   To prevent and to solve the problems which may occur from the application of information technologies.
