Course Objective

The contents of the course at least covers the minimum knowledge, understanding and proficiency required for certification of Model Course 7.03 chapter 3.2.2

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Remembering their existing knowledge according to ship constraction.
2   To understand the importance of ship constraction for their entire life at sea
3   Applying the international and local legislations and rules related with ship constration, especially constraction rules of classification society.
4   Analyzing the implementation of ship constraction according to different types of ships
5   Evaluating the different materials and constraction types used at ships
6   Interpretting the ship constraction of any type of ship
