Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to expose the students to the theories of management, organizational theory, and the practice of management in contemporary organizations from a conceptual, analytical, and pragmatic perspective. The course will also allow the students to develop their own framework for analyzing and understanding management as well as exploring and developing their own personal philosophy of management and leadership style. |

Assessment Criteria |
Knowledge about maritime transportation and navigation at undergraduate level, having skills and competencies, research, analysis, interpretation, verbal and written expression, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurial skills and competencies will be evaluated. |
