Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide a general view of maritime law.

1   Use legal terminology appropriately
2   Identify the legal issues in maritime business
3   Solve legal problems that a person might face in professional life
4   Have the ability to analyse and apply the legal rules to resolve factual problem situations
5   Learn the application of national and international norms related with admiralty law
