Course Objective

A course designed to develop the mathematical skills considered important for business students. The primary emphasis is on the calculus for functions of one variable and its applications.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will be apply Fundamental Theorem of Calculus
2   will be able to apply substitution and integration by parts to evaluate intefinite and definite integrals. To be able to evalute surface area
3   will be able to understand and apply mutivariable funcitons, differentials and evaluate extreme value(s) of bivariate fınctions
4   will be evaluate double integrals
5   will be understand trigonometric functions and evaluate differentials and integrals of trigonometiric functions
