Course Objective

To help recognize the distinctive features of Islamic law, structure, dynamics, flexibility.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizes the legal aspects of Islam. Understand the perspective. 2   Recognizes Islamic law, the state-constitutional, criminal, international law, judgment law, unlawful and lawful, and commercial life and business life, the general rules of Islamic law 3   Understands the relationship between today's law and Islamic law 4   Islamic law is put forward by the difference in values, as set forth in the view of the world and learn from the cultural formation of 5   Learns the values put forward by the Islamic law and view of cultural formation
