Course Objective

To ensure that students have theoretical and practical knowledge about understanding and evaluating the Islamic belief system.

1   Learns about prophethood and its related issues. 2   Learns about divine books and their social value. 3   Understands the importance of spiritual beings and belief in them in terms of social life. 4   Understands the hereafter and related issues and what it means in terms of worldly life.. 5   gains knowledge about destiny.

Week Subject Description 1 PROPHETRY: The Meaning of Faith in the Prophets. 2 Characteristics and Attributes of Prophets Reasons for the Prophets to be Sent. 3 Proof of Prophethood: Miracle.. 4 PROPHECY OF HOLY MOHAMMED. 5 DIVINE BOOKS: The meaning of faith in divine books. 6 Divine books The issue of distortion of divine books. 7 The place of the Qur'an among the divine books. 8 SPIRITUAL BEINGS: The existence of angels. 9 SPIRITUAL BEINGS: Jinn-Devil-Spirit 10 AFTERLIFE: Life in the Grave and the Apocalypse 11 AFTERLIFE: Resurrection-Reckoning-Intercession-Sirat 12 HEAVEN-HELL 13 HEAVEN-HELL: Eternity-seeing God 14 State administration in terms of Kalam. 15 Final exam.
