Course Objective

To introduce some important modern book in the field of Fiqh, and to enable benefit from them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To make analysis and syntheses between different opinions
2   To apprehend the conflicts and their causes in the field of worship in detail.
3   To understanding of philosophy of living together in despite of the differences.
4   To consider the social phenomenon of writers of classical legal sources.
5   To resolve some contemporary problem related to worship with reference to primary source.

3 Disputes related to water and taharah
4 Disputes related to hayd, nifad, istihada
5 The judgements related to "hades"
6 Judgments related to journey "safar"
7 Discussions about the starting and ending times of prayers
8 Midterm exam
9 Discussions about the attitude of perform salaat
10 Disputes related to the Friday and Eid prayers.
11 Taraweeh prayer, worship and holy nights
12 The issue of Ikhtilaf al Matali, qadha al-sawm and its penances
13 Disputes related to Zakaah, and fitrah / special form of islamic alms-charity.
14 The conflicts on Sacrifice and al-Hajj
