Course Objective

To introduce some important modern book in the field of Fiqh, and to enable benefit from them.

1   To make analysis and syntheses between different opinions 2   To apprehend the conflicts and their causes in the field of worship in detail. 3   To understanding of philosophy of living together in despite of the differences. 4   To consider the social phenomenon of writers of classical legal sources. 5   To resolve some contemporary problem related to worship with reference to primary source.
