Course Objective

To help the student to learn and recognize the solutions to current issues and
problems of islamic law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Becomes aware of problems in the current islamic law.
2   Understands the relationship between Islamic law and modern law.
3   Recognizes outstanding values of Islamic law, it's cultural formation and vision of the world
4   Become aware of the efficiency and flexibility of Islamic law.
5   Interpret events in terms of Islamic law.
