Course Objective

To enable students to have knowledge about the modern approaches of sirah authors to the Prophetic biography; to learn the well-known sirah authors and their studies; to get knowledge about the contemporary sirah studies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will get knowledge about the modern approaches of contemporary sirah authors
2   Will learn the sirah authors and their studies and methods.
3   Will comprehend that related narratives should be understood in the context of co-text (siyaq) and preceding (sibaq)
4   Will see the the causes of mistakes in sirah writing
5   Will get knowledge main concepts and the sources of the subject.
