Course Objective

The objective of the course is to gain an understanding of the situation of gender inequality around the world and Türkiye today, and to understand the importance of policies and programs aiming at closing the gender gaps in employment, politics, education and etc.

1   to understand the concept of gender and gender equality
2   to know where women stay in employment, politics, law and etc.
3   to learn what kinds of policies and programs required to construct gender equality
