Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide information about the procedures of taking evidence in a foreign country and the ways of realization of International Service of Process.

1   To gain general knowledge about international procedural law
2   To be able to count the international procedures for taking evidence abroad
3   To gain knowledge about international conventions regulating taking evidence abroad procedures
4   To know the international service of process procedure
