To teach and explain the basic concept of environmental law and institutions, the general principles and intervention tools

3   To compare means of intervention for prevention of environmental pollution
4   To distinguish administrative, civil and criminal sanctions in environmental law

8 Organization and duties of environmental management, environmental offenses and sanctions
9 Rests of the responsibility of the polluter According to private law
10 The responsibility of the polluter as the owner of the immovable according to the provisions of the Civil Code
11 Responsibility of the polluter acording to the Environment Law
12 Action for annulment the in the field of environment, Liability for the actions and process of the administration; Criminal responsibility of public officials and private individuals and organizations.
