Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to strengthen the fundemental knowledge of Roman private law and to obtain a better understanding of the influences of Roman law on the modern legal systems by elaborating on the Roman procedural system. In this course the different procedural practices which carried out during various historical epoches of ancient Rome will be explained. |
