Course Objective

It is aimed to convey the development of human rights, the situation of the human rights in Türkiye and Turkish Constitution and the basic developments of human rights area in international law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have a comprehensive knowledge of the basic concepts of human rights.
2   To be able to achieve an awareness of human rights
3   To be able to interpret the provisions relating to fundamental rights and freedoms in 1982 Constitution
4   To be able to examine the developments in human rights
5   To be able to explain the elements of international human rights law
