Course Objective

The objective is to examine the rules and concepts of Turkish social security system. Besides, it is aimed to comprehend the complex structure of social security legislation on easy terms by students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	To be able to define the fundamental concepts and princples of social security law
2	To be able to explain the regulations of social security law
3	To be able to solve the disputes concerning social security law in terms of regulations and judicial decisions
4	To be able to criticize the current system of social security
5	To be able to offer a solution to the problems encountered in social security law with regard to possitive and normative law
