Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to introduce the students, especially basic concepts of official notice. In this course we aim that how man can make a notice which is important to unsure the right to a fair trial and public hearing.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to explain the concepts of notice law 2   Ability to commentate the Notice Code and other regularization 3   Ability to define the concepts of notice law 4   Ability to implement the rules of notice law in the dispute resolution 5   Ability to perceive the difference between official notice and other notices
