Course Objective

The course on Foreigners' Law aims to teach students the legal rules that regulate the relationship between foreigners and a state. The primary objective of the course is to provide students with in-depth knowledge about the rights, obligations, and legal regulations concerning foreigners in a country.

Within the scope of the course, fundamental rights of foreigners in Turkey, such as residence, work, social security rights, and citizenship status, are examined. Additionally, topics such as the deportation of foreigners, refugee and asylum rights, and other forms of international protection are addressed.
