Course Objective

The purpose of this lecture is, to introduce the margins of the criminal law from the human rights perspective.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to express the relationship of the human rights and the criminal law 2   Being able to express the position of the main principles of the criminal law before the human rights theory 3   Being able to digest the structure and the judicial system of the ECHR 4   Being able to determine the fundamental rights protected by the offences in TCC 5   Being able to compare the intervention by the TCJC and TCC to the intervention by the ECHR
