Course Objective |
In this class, the constitutionalism idea in Ottoman and Republic period, the basic specifications of the constitutions of 1876-1921-1924-1961 and 1982, their regulations relating to state organization, fundamental rights and freedoms system and the practices of these constitutions, and the political and constitutional regime of their time will be lectured. |
