Course Objective

Death and Burial throughout the Mediterranean world, graves, tombs and monuments for the dead

1   Being able to identify common grave types in Western Anatolia and the Mediterranean
2   Be able to identify rock tombs
3   Be able to identify monumental tombs
4   Learning and being able to utilise the terminology about tombs
5   Death and after and the ancient view of these concepts
