Course Objective

It is aimed to teach the locations, borders, geography and chronology of Prehistoric civilizations in Western Anatolia.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understanding the modern and ancient names and boundaries of the seas, rivers, lakes and mountains in Anatolia
2   To be able to broadly classify the important events that affected prehistoric life in Anatolia
3   Being able to relate Prehistoric and Archaeological data to their current situation,
4   To be able to research the literature on Anatolian historical geography in general terms
5   Being able to take part in individual responsibility and group work activities with the help of technical trips and seminars,
