Course Objective

This course covers an extensive application of quantum theory and applications, basic concepts for solid state, macromolecules, aggregates, adsorption and determining of reaction rates. The announcement of homeworks and delivering times is made in the
courses. The final homeworks, which were not given on time, are not accepted.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Be able to interpret quantum techniques and applications.
2   2. Be able to explain the structure of hydrogenic atoms
3   3. Know basic concepts of adsorption and catalysis
4   4. Be able to describe characteristic features of solids, macromolecules and aggregates.
5   5. Be able to describe and calculate the rates of chemical reactions.
