Course Objective

To teach the concepts of data, database and relational database, to create a relational database and to process the data in this database with the help of SQL.

Further Notes About Assessment Methods

HOMEWORK :
Students will be divided into groups.
They will create a relational database on the topics they choose.
They will make the necessary views regarding this database and write the necessary stored procedures.
They will enter data into this database.
PRESENTATION:
They will demonstrate and explain their database in front of other students.
They will try to write SQL sentences according to the requests of other students and the instructor.

Assessment Criteria

If your final grade or average is lower than 20, you will be excluded from evaluation and fail (FF).

Homework presentations will be made in the 14th and 15th weeks. Attendance at these classes is mandatory for everyone.
